This is a telescopic support angle (rack rail) that can be installed on a server rack (19-inch rack) regardless of the pitch of the mount angle. Even if the manufacturer of the 19-inch rack is unknown and you are unsure about the compatible shelves or angles, or if you purchase a used server that does not come with the original mounting rails or support angles, you can use this angle for installation.
